For suppliers to Catholic Entities 2022

About this Webinar

This webinar will help your business take steps to:

  • understand the mission and values of Catholic entities

  • identify modern slavery risks to people in supply chain and operations

  • increase awareness of relevant modern slavery legislation and the impact on business

  • be informed about Catholic customer/buyer expectations of new, prospective and existing suppliers

  • ways to access modern slavery e-learning

  • enhance and strengthen its profile with Catholic buyers through cooperation

Catholic organisations are required to comply with Australia's Modern Slavery Act 2018. This means actions must be taken to assess and address modern slavery risks in our supply chains and operations and be published annually on a public register managed by the Commonwealth. The Australian Catholic Anti-slavery Network (ACAN) is hosting webinars for current and prospective suppliers.

These webinars are a result of modern slavery risk analysis conducted across $8 billion of Catholic procurement in health care, education, community and financial services.
